On the auspicious occasion of World Nursing Day, the Phoenix Para Medical College Pulwama  organize a colorful proramme on the subject in which the college speakers discussed in detail the functioning of a Nurse, its origin and present need. The Managing Director of the college on the oath ceremony of the function promised to work with dedication, loyalty and sincerity for the cause. All the nurses and paramedical trainees took pledge and symbolic lamp was lightened on. The occasion was celebrated to infuse awareness in the general public who were present to grace the occasion. The Chief Medical Officer District Pulwama Mrs Dr Masooda was kind to grace the occasion as Chief Guest who also gave away the prizes to the speakers of the occasion and stressed to celebrate such ceremonies in future also. The District Medical Officer Dr Mohammad Maqbool graced the occasion by his valuable verdicts on the subject and requested the general public to come forward and shake hands with the Govt. which is trying its level best to boost such occasions in the interest of public.
